The holidays are over and it’s time to work on those resolutions. If you’re not spending most of the month at a Dallas gym you might want to venture out and see what other great events Dallas, TX holds for the month of January.

Did you resolve to get your home remodeled this year? Then check out the 4th annual Home and Garden show at the Las Colinas Convention Center, just outside of Dallas. This is the first year of the Interactive-Zone, which features the world’s largest golf retailer, Goldsmith, where you and the kids can Putt for Prizes! Meet with home improvement experts and check out 100 exhibitors who will inspire you to get your home in tip top shape this year!

Did you resolve to get your budget in order for 2015? And finally if you resolved to get into shape this year head out to the Extra Yard 5k. You might not be ready to run a 5k yet but go out and support the runners and be inspired to be one of them next year. Or, if you’re up to it, run along with them. There’s plenty for the kids to do as well including a 100 yard dash complete with capes for your own little superhero!
