Enclave at Stafford Oaks

Preston Wood & Associates is proud to announce our involvement with Dulles Ventures in a new development in Stafford, TX - The Enclave at Stafford Oaks. We are excited to work with Stafford's city council and planning department in bringing these single-family homes to fruition.

The Enclave at Stafford Oaks

Dulles Avenue

Located on Dulles Avenue, these affordable single-family homes feature exteriors decorated with siding and stone while the interiors include in-demand finishes and amenities. You can view examples of our various floor plans by clicking here.

Walkable Community

The Enclave at Stafford Oaks is a community designed for those who commute to or work and live in the Stafford/Sugarland area. This opens up a perfect opportunity to cut down on the drive to work each morning! A great community with a neighborhood feel to it - this community is walk-able and sustainable.

Low Maintenance Living

The Enclave at Stafford Oaks consists of 48 single-family homes. The homes will range in size from 1700 sq ft to 2100 sq ft, will be 2 to 2 1/2 stories high, and have three bedrooms. The homes will have smaller yards which will make them much easier to maintain. There will also be an HOA.

Entertainment in Stafford

With yard work cut down to a minimum, you've got plenty of time on the weekends to explore all that Stafford has to offer including many parks, libraries, shopping, dining and plenty of entertainment.

Schools

Stafford has its own municipal school district, the only one in all of Texas since 1977. Stafford also has several private schools including Everest Academy, and Sugar Creek Montessori. Houston Community College System serves Stafford and includes the Stafford Campus on Cash Road. The city also hosts an Islamic center, Masjid As-Sabireen, who put on community events and teaches about Islamic culture and traditions.

Property Taxes

The city of Stafford eliminated property taxes more than 20 years ago. All municipal spending comes from sales tax in the community. The county and school district still levy property taxes.

Stay Tuned for Updates

Stay tuned and follow along with the project, we'll be updating regularly as it moves through the design process and through the completed construction.
