Houseplans — Nashville
A look Back at 2019
2019 was a good year at Preston Wood & Associates. A strong economy kept us busy. Our townhouse floor plans were chosen for several projects that we're very thrilled to be part of.
We were thrilled to have our townhouse floor plans chosen by Legacy South for Pecan Row in Nashville, TN.
Legacy South is a home builder and developer in Nashville, TN with a focus on both custom homes and move-in ready homes in the heart of the urban core.
Pecan Row is located in North Nashville, a wonderfully diverse community filled with people on the go and on the move. The neighborhood is welcoming and includes all the shops, restaurants and nightlife you could want in an area so close to downtown Nashville.
Preston Wood & Associates attended the International Builders' Show in Las Vegas
It actually snowed for the duration of our stay, but aside from poor weather, it was an educational experience.
We attended many educational classes, always the most informative part of the show and the part we look forward to most next to meeting others in the industry. This year the classes were exceptional and incredibly informative. From marketing strategies to the latest in tech news, these classes are always so helpful. There were more than 130 education sessions this year, all led by professionals in the industry.
In addition to the educational seminars, the show is about the exhibitors. Truly an international show, we saw products from all over the world.
Preston Wood & Associates was proud to announce our involvement with Dulles Ventures in a new development in Stafford, TX - The Enclave at Stafford Oaks. We are excited to work with Stafford's city council and planning department in bringing these single-family homes to fruition.
Located on Dulles Avenue, these affordable single-family homes feature exteriors decorated with siding and stone while the interiors include in-demand finishes and amenities. You can view examples of our various floor plans by clicking here.
Preston Wood and Associates is proud to have been chosen to design the new student housing in Fort Worth, TX.
The floor plan for this stunning design features three stories and a lovely roof deck. This design is a great choice for student housing. The floor plan is open with plenty of room for studying, hanging out, cooking and conversation.
We look forward to 2020 and providing the best townhouse floor plans for your projects!

Stranger Things captured everyone's attention when it debuted in 2016 with amazing performances, intriguing mystery and its Steven Spielberg/Stephen King vibe. Drawing on '80's culture, horror, and the all too familiar experiences of being a nerdy kid, the show managed to be fresh and exciting while feeling familiar and relatable. There's no way we at Creation will ever look at Christmas lights the same way again.
We couldn't be more excited to bring you Stranger Con in Nashville, a convention that celebrates a show we love so much, and the people who make it what it is. We will bring you the stars of Stranger Things, off the screen and in person for two days full of excitement, music and fun! Meet your favorite actors from Stranger Things and interact with them in ways you never thought possible. Don't worry, we didn't invite the Shadow Monster.
This convention is different from any you've ever been to before. We guarantee you a seat to see all the stars, so there's no camping out or hoping to just catch a glimpse. Your only concern is having the time of your life alongside them!
